if applicable, will be as per your approved proof or we will replace
or issue you a refund for any substandard items.

Ordering
If you have any questions about an item you wish to purchase, please
don't hesitate to ask.
While
handcrafted, artisan-produced and custom printed merchandise will
be as similar to the photograph & description as possible, you
can expect to see some slight variation in the product you receive
- a natural characteristic of handcrafted work that makes each piece
a one-of-a-kind treasure!
We will
be happy to answer any questions you might have to clear up uncertainties
before the item is ordered. We can also help to arrange a sample
for you to verify your product choice before placing an order for
the full quantity.
Returns
To request
a return authorization and shipping instructions, please call or
e-mail StudioCrafts.
Please note that unless we have made a mistake in fulfilling the
order or the product was damaged in transit, shipping costs are
not refundable. Custom ordered or imprinted products cannot be returned.
It is important
that you retain the original packing materials and container so
you can pack the goods properly for their return voyage. For your
peace of mind, we suggest that you insure the item in case of loss
or breakage.
Your
money refunded
Upon receiving an item back from you in its original, saleable condition,
we will exchange the item or reimburse the full purchase price as you wish.
Product
Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find
the product damaged, call us immediately.
Make a note
of the apparent damage on the waybill when signing for the delivery.
Whenever possible, we recommend you open the package in front of
the courier.
Please
do not discard the packaging materials. When you contact us, we
will discuss a replacement, refund or credit - your choice.
